To protect the integrity of our creations and maintain transparency, please review our shipping and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Each order is carefully packaged and typically ships within 7–10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Custom pieces or large furniture items may require additional processing time, and you will be notified if that is the case.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary based on:

  • Weight of the item

  • Size of the item

  • Delivery location

  • Chosen shipping speed (if applicable)

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout. For larger items such as furniture, custom shipping quotes may be provided manually. Local pickup or delivery may be available upon request (within certain regions).

Carriers
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

🚫 Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, customized, and often antique nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than damage incurred during transit.

This includes:

  • Custom resin art

  • Repurposed furniture

  • Antique-based designs

  • One-of-a-kind creations

📸 Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Send an email to [Insert Email] with:

    • Photos of the damage

    • Photos of the packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. We’ll assess the claim and work with you to determine a fair resolution. In some cases, store credit or a repair may be offered.

Please note: If the item was custom-made or irreplaceable, a refund may not be possible. However, we’ll do our best to make it right.

❌ Non-Delivery or Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.

🛠 Custom Work Acknowledgment

Custom creations may vary slightly from the design discussed due to natural artistic variations, materials used, and antique characteristics. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
